Established in 2005 by Michel Batista, Subsonic Designs is a South African acoustic consulting company providing specialised acoustical consulting and engineering services.
Our head office is based in Johannesburg / Pretoria region with a support office in Cape Town which gives us a national footprint.
Subsonic Designs also has a representative in Qatar, Zambia and Kenya.
The main areas of expertise include room and building acoustics, environmental noise and industrial noise. Subsonic has extensive experience in the analysis, modelling, design and management of acoustic projects with varying requirements.
Subsonic Designs has been involved in some of the most prestigious projects locally and internationally such the Blaise Diagne International Airport in Senegal.
We have successfully completed projects in the following countries; South Africa, Qatar, Zambia, Swaziland, Namibia, Nigeria, Senegal, Mozambique, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Kenya, Botswana, Seychelles and Uganda.
